146 Brew Street, Port Moody BC This project consists of 2 towers, 1 midrise, and 2 wood frame buildings with over 500 suites, over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space, and an office building. The entire project was serviced by one fire pump and a total of 30,000 sprinkler heads, with over 27 dry systems in the 3-level underground footprint.
The fire pump provided adequate water supply and pressure for the standpipe and sprinkler systems. Active Fire and Safety Services was proud to be a partner in the fire protection system that was designed and installed for this project by our expert team.
