I work for a non profit organization that has more than 50 buildings under our portfolio. Active fire had been providing excellent service for all of our fire prevention equipment. 2024 Mar 01 our condo complex had our 78 smoke alarms changed thru Active Fire & Safety Services. On 01Aug my unit alarm started beeping at 11:00pm. It wouldn’t stop. I changed the batteries, removed the batteries but still it kept beeping. I disconnected the alarm & on 02 Aug I took the alarm to their office on 84th Ave. Ms Indervin Kaur & Mr Sunny Pandher heard me out & they replaced the defective smoke alarm & gave me a new piece. They were very polite, helpful & understanding. Thank you for your great service.

Watson is the genius technician, He fixed the fire panel issue very quickly. I would highly recommend him for any kind of fire panel safety issues.
