This Project consists of Extensive Residential, Retail,and Commercial Spaces spanning over 130 acres. We have completed 1400 Residential homes with Commercial Areas and Underground parkade. We are currently in the Design stages of another 750 Homes, bringing a Total of 2150 Sprinklered Homes in Vancouver. Our Sprinkler Design will include over a combination of 45,000 Residential and Commercial Sprinkler Heads, with a combination of Dry Sprinklers in the Parking Garage and Separate Sprinkler Zoning for Retail, Daycare, office and Commercial areas. The Temporary standpipe systems during construction provide the required fire protection during construction. The 5 dedicated Fire Pumps will provide adequate water supply and pressure for all the Standpipe and Fire Protection systems.
