2024 Mar01 our condo complex had our 78 smoke alarms changed thru Active Fire & Safety Services. On 01Aug my unit alarm started beeping at 11:00pm. It wouldn’t stop. I changed the batteries, removed the batteries but still it kept beeping. I disconnected the alarm & on 02 Aug I took the alarm to their office on 84th Ave. Ms Indervin Kaur & Mr Sunny Pandher heard me out & they replaced the defective smoke alarm & gave me a new piece. They were very polite, helpful & understanding. Thank you for your great service.
