Brief Job Description

This Project consists of over 2200 Residential units, Retail spaces, and YMCA Club. Phase 1 will be 2 towers of 22 and 26 storeys, with a common Underground parkade. Our Sprinkler Design will include over 6,000 Residential Sprinklers with a combination of Dry Sprinklers in the Parking Garage and Separate Sprinkler Zoning for Retail, Daycare, YMCA and Commercial areas. The Fire Pump will provide adequate water supply and pressure for the Standpipe systems. Active Fire and Safety Services is proud to be a partner in one of the Largest Fire Protection Systems to be Designed and Installed by our firm in Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor. Active Fire and Safety Services is proud to be a partner in the Project, including Supply and Installation of all Fire Extinguishers and Fire Safety plans. All Fire Safety Plans were also designed and prepared by Active Fire and Safety Services Limited.
